    Hi Mercy,

    Thanks for sharing your thoughts and tools! Short but sweet post. You have explained the basic necessary aspects in a nice way.

    I like to add one more “T” in this – that is “Time”. Since you are going to represent some organization, you have to respond as quick as possible. If you miss the timing certainly you will miss something.
