After almost three months, Google updates its PR again. This is the first update by Google in this year. Last time, it did update on December 31 which you can call as new-year gift to webmasters. This time, Google does update on holy Good Friday.

Here is the list of PR update done in last year,

  • April 2, 2009
  • May 28, 2009
  • October 30, 2009
  • December 31, 2009

For this year, Google updated their PR on April 2, 2010. Remember that Google updated PR on December 31 in 2008 and also in 2009. This sounds Google might be thinking about making PR updation as a uniform one in regular basis. If Google do another update on May 28, 2010; we can conform this assumption.

Hey, I’ve noticed a few rises in some of my pages – mostly going from a PR0 to a PR1 – this has occurred within the last week so maybe it was due to the Google PR update.
