Which avenues can I explore to access an Ad words account with min $1000 spend without being in a digital marketing company, or company with an active presence online?

Surely $1000 would be a great deal to spend on a personal blog.

How can I go about managing an adwords account of $1000 as a beginner in the e-marketing spectrum?

Thanks for the compare and contrast. Which program would recommend?

Trish, that’s the point: Google doesn’t want you certifiying in Adwords unless you are using the program extensively. $1000/month isn’t hard…you need to find3-4 clients willing to spend at least $10/day promoting their products.
